Querytron Gets Its Name Right

Querytron LLC filed July suits in the District of Delaware against eBay (1:25-cv-00950), Getty Images (1:25-cv-00955), Naver (Poshmark) (1:25-cv-00956), and Upwork (1:25-cv-00957), after June cases filed in the Southern District of New York against Etsy (1:25-cv-04751) and Shutterstock (1:25-cv-04761). A single patent generally related to refining Internet search results has been asserted in this campaign, begun with separate Texas cases filed against Alibaba, Fiverr, and Redfin—by a plaintiff with a different name—last October.
