Baker Laser Campaign Swells from Two to Twelve
Baker Laser Technology, LLC has filed separate lawsuits against Coretronic (Optoma) (2:25-cv-00892), Delta Electronics (2:25-cv-00890), Hon Hai Precision Industry (Sharp) (2:25-cv-00894), LG Electronics (LGE) (2:25-cv-00891), Panasonic (2:25-cv-00893), Qisda (BenQ) (2:25-cv-00887), Sony (2:25-cv-00895), Transdigm (Barco) (2:25-cv-00886), and Ushio (Christie Digital Systems USA) (2:25-cv-00889) over the provision of laser projectors. Asserted in each Eastern District of Texas complaint is the same patent, generally related to a “light projecting device” that can connect to a “video generating device” through an interface, already in litigation, since November of last year.
