Nexus Display Technologies (NDT) launched its initial litigation filing five suits and then an additional four cases a week later, targeting BenQ, Dell, Eizo, Lenovo, LG, NEC, Panasonic, Sony, and Viewsonic. Court filings reveal that the entity is a subsidiary of Acacia Research. A total of four patents are asserted in the cases although only three of the cases include all four patents (5,835,498, 7,143,328, 7,295,578, 7,599,439).
