Griffin Technology Holdings filed two separate suits against Locus Telecommunications and NetZero, alleging that the Locus H20 Bolt 4G Spider and NetZero’s 4G Hotspot infringe a patent related to wireless base stations. Griffin Technology Holdings filed one prior against Clearwire last week. RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as part of an open market opportunity (IWICS) in February 2009.
