Activision Blizzard, Backflip Studios, and Sony are the latest defendants in a group of filings by Agincourt. The new cases assert three patents related to managing prize redemption in a network gaming system (6,306,035, 6,758,755, 8,454,432). The two earlier patents (‘035 and ‘755) were asserted in Agincourt’s previous filing against Zynga in 2011 which is currently ongoing.
