KeySee Software Ltd. has filed a second lawsuit, accusing Digital Receiver Technology (8:21-cv-00534) of infringing four patents generally related to intercepting and decrypting GSM cellular communications. The plaintiff targets Digital Receiver’s provision of various products designed to intercept cellular communications with what it characterizes as “cryptanalysis patents”. The patents’ named inventor, identifying himself as KeySee’s founder and “chief scientist”, is a familiar figure in litigation.
