Abartafiled two separate suits against EON Reality and Mechdyne Corporation, alleging that the defendants’ Icube Immersive Virtual Reality System and CAVE Virtual Reality System products infringe a patent related to a virtual reality system. Abarta has filed one prior suit against Invensys Systems. RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as part of an open market opportunity (VOLO) that was offered for sale by IP Offerings in August 2010.
