Conversant Intellectual Property Management Inc v. Xilinx, Inc.,

Mosaid filed four separate suits against NXP Semiconductors, ST-Ericsson, STMicroelectronics, and Xilinx, alleging that the defendants’ processors, mobile products, microcontrollers, communications equipment, and system-on-chip devices infringe five to eight patents (depending on the defendant) related to integrated circuits, processing and various related semiconductor technologies.
