Broadqast Solutions, LLC launched its first litigation campaign with 22 suits targeting electronics makers, including Belden (2:15-cv-01131), Belkin (2:15-cv-01116), Dell (2:15-cv-01117), Firebird (2:15-cv-01120), LG Electronics (LGE) (2:15-cv-01123), Panasonic (2:15-cv-01126), Samsung (2:15-cv-01127), Toshiba (2:15-cv-01139), and Voxx (2:15-cv-01130). The campaign asserts a group of three patents (8,065,594, 8,290,035, 8,649,429) related to transmitting digital television broadcast signals, although all three patents are not asserted in each case. Digital TV receivers made or sold by the defendants are at issue in the suits.
