August 5, 2011- According to USPTO assignment records, approximately two hundred patents were assigned to Intellectual Ventures II, LLC in three merger conveyances recorded on July 22, 2o11.  Of the assigned patents, 154 are CCD image sensor related patents that were assigned by MagnaChip Semiconductor in May 2009 to Crosstek Capital.  Crosstek Capital assigned the patents to Intellectual Ventures II, LLC as a merger conveyance. Intellectual Ventures I, LLC initiated three lawsuits against DRAM, FPGA, and security software companies in December 2010.  To date, no suits have been initiated by IV II.
