Tejas Research filed its first suit in almost a year against Shutterfly. The Tejas patent (6,006,231) generally relates to an API for saving images in multiple file formats.  Tejas last asserted the in-suit patent in May 2012 against a number of companies, including Getty Images, Neiman Marcus, Playboy, Vivid Entertainment, and Walgreen.
