Media Digital filed suit against Vizio alleging that the consumer electronics maker’s touch screen controlled VTAB1008 tablet infringes a patent related to a computer touch screen radio (6,101,324).  Since February 2002, Media Digital has filed 10 prior suits, including a 2011 suit against ASUS, Dell, HTC, and Pantech, which was terminated in June 2012.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as an open market opportunity (Media Touch – Acq) in November 2010. 2/7, District of New Hampshire, 1:2013cv00057.
