Princeton Digital’s Gaming Campaign Adds Ubisoft

Princeton Digital Image Corporation, a subsidiary of Princeton Digital, filed suit against Ubisoft, alleging that the defendant’s video games infringe a patent (5,513,129) related to controlling a computer-generated virtual environment in response to audio signals. The patent, acquired by Princeton Digital in 2011 from Fakespace, has also been asserted against Activision, Electronic Arts, Harmonix and Konami. The suit against Activision was dismissed in October 2012.  2/28, District of Delaware, 1:13cv00335.
