Since November 2012, CreateAds has filed over 30 prior suits against multiple defendants spanning various segments, including E-commerce, online publishing, software, retailing, and Internet. CreateAds received the patent-in-suit through an assignment from Automated Reprographics Technologies to Empire IP in April 2012.
