An Intersil patent related to a chip fabrication technique involving deposited tunneling oxide was declared invalid in summary judgment.  The determination ended a declaratory judgment suit brought against Intersil by Silicon Storage Technology last year.  3/21, Northern District of California, 3:2010cv01515.
