Compufill filed suit against HEB Grocery alleging that the defendants’ automated system for requesting prescription refills infringes a patent related to online prescription refills (6,728,684).  Compufill last filed suit in May of 2011 against Walgreen, Costco, CVS and Target.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to Compufill by inventor Richard Reichart in January 2011.
