Blue Spike Sues Seven More Companies over Biometric Software Solutions

Blue Spike filed seven separate suits against AgnitioCognitec SystemsEnswersEntropicInfinisourceVisible World, and Zvetco alleging that the defendants’ facial and voice recognition and fingerprint-based biometric software solutions and systems infringe four patents related to monitoring and analyzing signals (7,346,472; 7,660,700; 7,949,494; and 8,214,175). Since August 2012, Blue Spike has filed infringement lawsuits against more than 100 defendants, a large number of which were targeted over the past few months. Just last week, Blue Spike sued five other providers of biometric software solutions.
