Activision TV filed suit against SoloHealth alleging that the defendant’s SoloHealth Station digital display system infringes two patents related to the remote control of an electronic display.  The patents-in-suit were invented by Activision TV President David Gothard and issued to the Locke International Trust before being assigned to Activision TV in July 2012.  Activision TV has filed six prior patent infringement suits against Adflow Health Networks, Adspace Networks, E-Cast, National CineMedia, NEC Display Solutions, Richardson Electronics, Tek Panel, and Wawa since June 2010.  1/31, District of Delaware, 1:2013cv00167.
