- January 30, 2013
CreateAds, an Empire IP entity, filed suit against SnapPages, a company that provides tools for easy website creation, alleging that the defendant’s template-based design software infringes a patent related to the use of graphic design templates (5,535,320). Since late November 2012, CreateAds has filed over 25 suits against multiple defendants, including AT&T, Google, Hallmark, HP, Intuit, Staples, Vistaprint, Yahoo, and Zazzle.
