Joao Bock Transaction Systems filed four separate suits against Georgia’s Own Credit Union, Hamilton State Bank, The Bank of Georgia, and United Community Bank alleging that the defendants’ online banking products infringe two patents related to a system that provides financial transaction authorization (6,047,270, 7,096,003).  Joao Bock Transaction Systems has filed 13 prior suits against over 40 companies, including Charles Schwab, Comerica, First National, OptionsHouse, Scottrade, Sleepy Hollow, and USAmeriBank.
