Apollo Intellectual Properties Sues Panamax
Apollo Intellectual Properties filed suit against Panamax alleging that Panamax’s power management products infringe a patent related to a power controller for a powered device such as a heating/air conditioning unit (5,838,776). Apollo Intellectual Properties has filed one prior suit since January 2011 against Becton Dickinson and Company. James Adkins and Kenneth Winters are the named inventors on the patent-in-suit, which they assigned to Apollo Intellectual Properties in November 2012. 1/14, Eastern District of Tennessee, assigned to District Judge Thomas W.
