Remote Vehicle Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Hyundai over a patent related to remotely controlling vehicle operations over a wireless network. This is the first suit filed by RVT and, according to the PTO records, this is the only patent assigned to the company. 8/1, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00392.
