CreateAds, an Empire IP entity, filed four new suits against 123Print, American Greetings, AT&T, and Hallmark alleging that the defendants’ personalized cards services and website solutions infringe a patent related to the use of graphic design templates (5,535,320).  CreateAds has filed twelve prior suits since November 2012 against other e-commerce-based defendants, including Google, HP, Intuit, and Yahoo.
