Lexington Luminance filed two separate suits against Amazon and Google alleging that the defendants’ tablet devices infringe a patent related semiconductor light-emitting technology.  Lexington Luminance has filed three prior suits since August 2012 against LED lighting companies.  Inventor Tien Yang Wang assigned the patent-in-suit to Lexington Luminance in July 2012 and appears to control the entity.  11/29, Massachusetts District Court, 1:2012cv12216, 1:2012cv12218.
