GPS Industries Sues CaddyTronic

GPS Industries (GPSI) filed suit against CaddyTronic alleging that CaddyTronic’s GPS-based range finder systems infringes two patents related to GPS-based golf course distance measuring and tracking systems.  GPSI has filed five prior suits since May 2007.  The plaintiff developed the asserted patents under the names ProLink Holdings Corporation and Golf Age Technologies.  Golf Age Technologies was issued the patent in November 1994.  12/19, Southern District of Florida, assigned to Chief Judge Federico A. Moreno, 1:2012cv24465.
