TQP Development, a plaintiff entity controlled by IP Navigation (IPNav), filed suit against Callidus Software alleging that Callidus’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission.  TQP has filed more than 100 suits since December 2008 against over 200 defendants, including Apple, Intuit, Google, LinkedIn, Salesforce and Adobe.  More than 75 of those suits were filed in 2012 alone. 12/14, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2012cv00799.
