ReefEdge Networks, a plaintiff entity under the control of IPNav, filed suit against Meraki alleging infringement of three wireless networking patents. ReefEdge Networks has filed 13 suits against wireless networking providers since August 2012. The patents-in-suit were acquired by Symantec from Reef Edge Inc. for $800K in 2005. Symantec assigned the patents to ReefEdge Networks LLC in August 2012. 12/7, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv01674.
