Wireless Remote System filed suit against LibreStream Technologies, alleging that LibreStream’s video collaboration systems infringe two patents related to data communication between mobile field operators and local master technicians.  This is the first patent infringement suit filed by Wireless Remote System.  Inventor John Thomason assigned the patents-in-suit to Wireless Remote System in July 2012.  RPX reviewed the patents-in-suit on the open market (Thomason – Acq) in July 2010. 11/27, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00899.
