Traffic Information [NPE] filed suit against Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Woodforest National Bank, LivingSocial, Wanderspot, Where, Yelp!, Zillow, and Loopt over a patent related to providing traffic information to mobile devices.  Traffic Information has filed 11 previous suits since 2007 against defendants including Apple, AT&T, Best Buy, Huawei, HTC, Mazda, Palm, Pantech, RIM, Samsung, Sony, Sony Ericsson, and others.  7/29, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00343.
