Gordium Innovations Files Three More Suits Targeting Modem and Router Manufacturers

Gordium Innovations filed three separate suits against TRENDnet, TP-Link and Versa Technology, alleging modems, routers and Ethernet switches made by the defendants infringe a patent related to packet re-timing circuits.  Earlier this month, Gordium filed suits against Asante Technologies and ZyXEL. The patent-in-suit is one of five that was assigned by Cypress Semiconductor to Gordium Innovations in December 2011.  Cypress has also sold patents to Acacia Research and Intellectual Ventures in the past.  11/21, Central District of California, assigned to Judge Consuelo B.
