Gordium Innovations filed two separate suits against Asante Technologies and ZyXEL, alleging that an Asante routing switch and a  ZyXEL unified security gateway firewall product infringe a patent related to packet re-timing circuits.  These are the first patent infringement suits filed by Gordium Innovations. Cypress Semiconductor assigned the patent-in-suit to Gordium Innovations in December 2011.  Cypress has also sold patents to Acacia Research and Intellectual Ventures in the past.  11/16, 1:2012cv01487; 11/19, 8:2012cv02014.
