ArrivalStar and Melvino Technologies Limited filed suit against Epes Transport System, alleging that Epes Transport System’s “Transport Tracking”, “Load Tracking and Shipment Tracing”, “POD Tracking”, “Track Loads”, and “Web-N-Transit” tracking and notification services infringe six patents related to GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed suits against more than 400 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founder and CEO.  11/15, Southern District of Florida, assigned to Judge Cecilia M.
