RPX attended the ICAP Ocean Tomo Spring 2011 Auction held on March 31 in New York City. Of the 119 lots offered at the auction only six lots found buyers.  Two of the six lots were sold pre-auction, two were sold to phone bidders, one to an absentee bidder. Only one lot was sold to a participant in the room, and that purchase (of the Round Rock covenant not to sue) was likely pre-arranged.
