Sony Acquires Online Gaming Service for $380 Million

July 2, 2012 – PC Magazine reports that Sony has acquired online gaming service provider Gaikai for $380 million. According to the article, Gaikai has partnered with EA, 2KGames, Ubisoft, and PopCap for click-and-play access to games.
