LED Tech Development filed suit against Fujitsu alleging that the defendant’s personal computer products infringe three patents related to LED illumination.  LED Tech Development has filed five prior suits since July 2012 against Apple, Coleman Company, Home Depot, Mag Instrument, and Samsung.  The patents-in-suit were assigned to LED Tech Development in March 2012.  RPX reviewed the patents-in-suit as an open market opportunity (Lemaire-OMA) in January 2012.  11/9, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv01443.
