Clear with Computers (CWC), an enforcement entity controlled by IP Navigation (IPNav), filed two separate suits against Hugo Boss Fashions and Tory Burch, alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to inventory system software.  The patent-in-suit was issued to IPNav affiliate Presentation Specialist Technologies on September 11, 2012, and has been asserted in four prior suits against Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Finish Line, Foot Locker, and Mercedes-Benz.   11/9, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00867; 6:2012cv00868.
