Ziplink filed suit against Time Warner Cable (TWC) accusing the defendant’s email services of infringing two patents related to controlling the transmission of messages. Ziplink has filed four prior suits against AOL, EarthLink, GoDaddy.com, and Microsoft since December 2011.  Microsoft was dismissed with prejudice on May 18, 2012.   Ziplink is a former Internet service provider that ceased operations in November 2000.  11/7, District of Connecticut, 3:2012cv01576.
