SportBrain, Inc. filed two separate suits against Adidas (2:12-cv-00700) and FitBit (2:12-cv-00701), alleging that the Adidas Micoach Pacer Bundle and FitBit Ultra products infringe a patent related to integrating personal activity data capturing functionality into a wireless communication device. These are the first patent infringement suits initiated by SportBrain.
