TQP Development, a plaintiff entity controlled by IP Navigation (IPNav), filed two separate suits against Hertz and Intel (and Intel subsidiary, Wind River Systems) alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission.  TQP has filed more than 95 suits since December 2008 against over 100 defendants.
