Ziplink filed three separate suits against AOL, EarthLink, and GoDaddy.com, alleging that the defendants’ email services infringe two patents related to controlling the transmission of messages.  Ziplink filed one prior suit against Microsoft in December 2011. Microsoft was dismissed with prejudice on May 18, 2012.  Dale P. Nielsen and Robert D. Haskins are the named inventors on the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Ziplink in November 2000.  Ziplink is a former Internet service provider that ceased operations in November 2000.  11/1, District of Connecticut, assigned to Judge Robert N.
