Commonwealth Research Group (CRG) filed suit against Agilestar, alleging that Agilestar’s optical transceivers infringe a patent related to optical data transmission. The patent-in-suit originated with Siemens and was assigned to CRG by Infineon in April 2011.  The patent is the subject of two suits filed earlier this month against PD-LD and IMC Networks. 10/23, Northern District of California, assigned to Magistrate Judge Donna M.
