ArrivalStar and Melvino Technologies filed seven separate suits against Callaway Golf Company, FAB, Groupon, Logitech, Movado Group, Nike, and Skechers, alleging that the defendants’ delivery notification systems infringe three patents related to GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits against over 200 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founder and CEO.  10/24, Southern District of Florida, Judge Patricia A.
