Meadows Financial Systems filed suit against Papa John’s, alleging that Papa John’s mobile site infringes a patent related to providing Internet-based services to a telephone user.  Meadows Financial Systems has filed three prior suits against Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Domino’s, and Pizza Hut since July 2012.  The patent-in-suit was issued to T-JAT Systems 2006 Ltd in November 2011 and an assignment to the plaintiff has not yet been recorded with the USPTO.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as an open market opportunity (Open OATH) in November 2011.  10/17, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00782.
