Mobile Transformation filed suit against Sugar Publishing, alleging that Sugar Publishing’s website (www.popsugar.com) infringes a patent related to displaying data of one type (such as audio) while simultaneously playing advertising data of a second type (such as video).  Mobile Transformation has filed over 20 prior suits since November 2011.  Mobile Transformation is the exclusive licensee of the patent-in-suit, which originated with Adware LI and was assigned to Penobscot Prospect in November 2009.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as an open market opportunity (EverAd) in February 2009.  10/15, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv01324.
