LED Tech Development filed suit against Samsung, alleging that Samsung’s tablet and notebook computers infringe four patents related to constant light output pulsed LED illumination, color-adjusted camera light, and an LED flashlight.  LED Tech Development has filed four prior suits since July 2012 against Apple, Coleman Company, Home Depot, and Mag Instrument.  The patents-in-suit originated with Lemaire Illumination Technologies and were assigned to LED Tech Development in March 2012.  RPX reviewed the patents-in-suit as part of an open market opportunity (Lemaire) in January 2012.  10/15, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv01325.
