Virtual Reality Feedback Corporation (VRF) filed suit against Target, alleging that Target has sold the “Raptor” and “Ultimate Game Chair” products through its website (www.target.com) and by doing so has infringed two patents related to a seat-based tactile sensation generator and a control signal for a tactile sensation generator.  VRF has filed five prior suits since May 2008 against defendants including Sony and Wal-Mart Stores.  The patents-in-suit were assigned to VRF along with a third patent by the named inventors in March 2008.  10/11, District of New Jersey, assigned to Judge Michael A.
