TQP Development, a plaintiff entity controlled by IPNav, filed ten separate suits against American Girl Brands, Fisher-Price, Mattel, MovieTickets.com, OTC Direct, Sierra Trading Post, Sling Media, Supervalu, Target, TracFone, Yelp, and Zones alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission.  TQP has filed over 85 suits since December 2008 against over 100 defendants.
