TQP Files Seven More Suits

TQP Development [NPE], a plaintiff entity controlled by IP Navigation (IPNav), filed seven separate suits against Ally Financial, Avon Products, Best Buy, Boost Mobile, Electronic Arts, First Data, and Kenexa BrassRing, alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission.  TQP has filed over 85 suits since December 2008 against over 100 defendants including Adobe Systems, Dell, Google, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Skype, and Sony.
