RIM has entered into a license agreement with Intellectual Ventures. The terms of the agreement are not known. Intellectual Ventures has not initiated any litigation against any companies in the Mobile Communications and Devices market sector to date. Intellectual Ventures announced license agreements with HTC and Samsung in November 2010 and SAP in January 2011.
