Oracle Acquires Contact Center Provider and Patents

July 29, 2011- Oracle announced plans to acquire InQuira, a provider of contact center solutions.  InQuira’s product offerings incorporate analytics for natural language search and search query processing.  According to the PTO, InQuira has been issued five US patents and has eight pending published applications.
